The Czechs bake cookies for Christmas. There are small pieces of confectionery. Some families prepare about five kinds of them, others thirty! You can buy it in a shop but if you prepare it by yourselves it will taste better. Try an easy recipe for white and dark small balls.

White small balls

We need:

150 grams of grated coconut + 15 grams for coating

120 grams of white chocolate

80 grams of butter (must be soft)

1 small bag of vanilla sugar (20 grams)

60 grams of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of rum

1. Great the chocolate.

2. Mix all ingredients together with hands.

3. Make smooth pastry and put it into the fridge for an hour.

4. Then create small balls, you will have about 65–70.

5. Coat each of them in coconut.
